Molly Schindler’s practice encompasses criminal defense and related proceedings, criminal and civil appeals, and litigation support.

Ms. Schindler draws on a broad background in criminal and civil litigation in state and federal courts.  She spent her first decade of practice as a criminal defense attorney in New York City, where she handled cases at the trial, appellate, and post-conviction level.  Ms. Schindler then served as a law clerk for United States Senior District Judge Charlene Edwards Honeywell in the Middle District of Florida.  She is admitted to the bar in both Florida and New York.

Ms. Schindler earned a bachelor’s degree in Classics from Johns Hopkins University, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.  She later returned to Columbia as an adjunct professor for the school’s legal writing program.

Outside of her legal work, Ms. Schindler is the Chair of the Young Lawyers Division of the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
